Our team is here from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (US) Monday to Friday. Please note that we are closed on all US Holidays.


Submitting a Ticket

To submit a new ticket, please Click Here. Once submitted, you will receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received your request and provide you with a ticket number. Our team will then review your request and responded back within 48 business hours but often much sooner!


Booking an Appointment

Through our appointment offerings, you can connect one-on-one with either a member of our support or design. All our appointments are held over Zoom so we can share screens. To book a time, please click on the Make Appointment button at the very top of this page then select your desired appointment type. Note, after booking a time, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to connect to a Zoom during your scheduled time.

  • Education (Support) Appointments
    • During the appointment, a member of our support team can assist with any technical issues you may be experiencing on your website or help walk you through how to make an edit on the website. 
    • This appointment is 20 minutes and costs $20.00 US.
    • Please note, if you are on a paid monthly subscription, it may include complimentary Education appointments per month. Please enter the name and email address tied to the monthly billing when asked to verify your package to access those credits.

  • Design Appointments
    • During the appointment, a member of our design team can help provide design guidance and make changes for you.
    • This appointment is 30 minutes and costs $75.00 US.
