The following is an example of how the look of the Forks + Spoons Health Coaching page can be customized with basic editing techniques.

The Changes That Were Made and How They Were Done

Logo / Business Name


A graphic logo was added, replacing the Business Name text. This change applies to the entire website and was covered in the Home Page guide.



The text in Header is using the Heading 1 format.  The settings for Heading 1 were adjusted in the Style Settings under Typography.

Section 1

In this section, a background image was added, the text area was repositioned, and the image was removed from the page.

A background image was added to the Section1 content area.  This is done by going into Edit mode and selecting the blue edit icon for Section1.

In the edit window, click on 'Add Background Image' to select an image from your File Manager, the royalty-free stock images found in the Content Manager, or upload your image directly from your computer.

When you have chosen your image, click ‘Accept’.

Adjust how the image displays using the available settings. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes.

Next, the text in Main was moved to Page Header. This is done by dragging and dropping the content into the new area.

The photo in Sidebar was deleted. This is done by clicking on the photo and then clicking 'Delete' in the lower right hand corner.

In this section, the text content was edited and repositioned, and the settings for Column 2 and Column 3 were adjusted.

The text areas in Content 5, Column 1, and Column 2 were moved. This is done by dragging and dropping the content into the new area. 

The text in Content 5 moved to Column 1, the text in Column 1 moved to Column 2, and the text in Column 2 was moved to Column 3.

The text in Column 1 was edited by deleting the first paragraph.  Then the Heading 2 format was applied to the remaining text.

The look of Heading 2 can be adjusted in the Style Settings under Typography.

In both Column 2 and Column 3, a background color was applied and the spacing settings were adjusted.

This is done by clicking on the blue edit icon in the upper left corner of Column 2.

In the edit window, select Background Color and use the color picker to select a color, or enter a custom value if known. Click Select to keep your selection, then Save changes.

The Spacing tab was used to adjust the spacing within the container. Save your changes when finished.

To make the text in Column 2 stand out against the background, the font color was changed to white within the Text editor.

Repeat all steps for Column 3.

In ContentBottom, the text was updated a button was added.

In the Text editor, spacing was added after the text 'What are you waiting for?' by placing your cursor after the '?' hitting your 'Return' key twice.

Next, the linked text was edited and a button class was added.  This is done by highlighting the linked text and selecting the Insert/Edit link icon from the toolbar.

In the Insert link window, change the wording in the 'Text to display' box and in the Class dropdown, select 'Button 1'.  Click 'Ok' then Save changes.

The look of the button can be adjusted in the Style Settings under Colors.

The copyright information at the bottom of the page was updated to reflect the name of the business.  This change also applies to the entire website and was covered in the Home Page guide.
